Interviewing The Egosist. What To Listen For In An Interview

When interviewing the egoist listen and observe how many times a candidate says in the interview the word I instead of we? If hearing I more than a few times in the conversation, you could be meeting with someone with a huge ego and not a teamplayer. When you ask about a candidate's biggest failure does he/she stick with I or does the failure become we? Shared successes and personal accountability for failures are the sweet spots. Why? It demonstrates that people are willing to learn from their mistakes.
